
Each video runs for approximately 23 minutes, Part 1 and Part 2 are sold separately. Part one of the training entitled, ‘Relationships for Everyone’ explores content elements such as: reflective practice values, the role of culture in relationships, and defines basic reflective skills. Part two entitled, ‘What Supervisees can Expect’ looks at the staff’s role in supervision, building reflective capacity, and the role of emotions in the work. This series is presented as a virtual training session, including informative didactic content as narrated by Dr. Stroud. PowerPoint slides lead the content and optional reflective discussion questions are available at an additional cost.
